Health Insurance
EBT offers comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription drug coverage for all salaried employees. Since EBT pays 100% of the premiums, there are no employee contributions or payroll deductions.
- Medical - PPO Health Plan, administered by Carefirst Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, with one of the largest provider networks in the area. Our plan does not require a Primary Physician or referrals to receive treatment.
- Dental Insurance - covers preventive care, basic services, major surgery and restorative services. Employees are only responsible for an annual deductible and copayments.
- Vision Coverage - Administered by Davis Vision, our plan provides coverage for vision exams and discounts on frames, lenses, contacts, and Laser Vision Correction. No claims to file when using a participating provider.
- Prescription Drug Coverage - 3 tier prescription drug coverage plans allows maximum flexibility and savings.
Paid Time Off
New EastBanc Technologies employees accrue 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. Accrual increases to 20 days after 3 years of service and 25 days after 7 years of service.
Training
Employees are encouraged to be proactive in their career development. Approved academic, technical education, and/or certification courses are 100% reimbursed by the company, including books and materials (subject to performance criteria).
Retirement Savings
EBT employees are eligible to participate in our 401k program administered by ADP Retirement Services.
